We commemorate December 1st as the World AIDS Day and re-iterate our resolve to unite in the fight against HIV. The theme for this year’s World AIDS Day is ‘Universal Access and Human Rights’ . The theme has been chosen to address the critical need to protect human rights and attain access for all to HIV prevention, treatment, care and support. World AIDS Day provides an opportunity for all of us – individuals, communities and political leaders – to take action towards making universal access a reality.
